Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct complex employee relations investigations.
• Develop and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and drive process improvements.
• Recruitment activities to fill vacancies as directed by HRM.
