CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Employee Relations Investigator to join our HR team. You will conduct thorough, unbiased investigations into employee complaints, interview involved parties, and review documents to prepare detailed reports for leadership.

This role supports compliance with laws and company policies, while maintaining confidentiality and integrity. The position requires 7+ years of HR/ER experience and willingness to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR, Employee Relations, or investigative work experience.
• Proven investigations experience in workplace settings.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (including air travel).

Responsabilités

• Plan, conduct, and document detailed investigations into employee complaints and allegations.
• Gather information, interview involved parties, and review documents and records.
• Ensure investigations comply with applicable laws and company policies; maintain confidential records.
• Interpret policies to ensure fair handling of matters and provide guidance to managers.
• Prepare clear investigative reports and present findings to leadership.
• Assist with training on employee relations topics as needed.
