Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Employee Relations (ER) Investigator to conduct impartial investigations into workplace concerns and provide expert guidance to managers and employees within our HR team.

You will plan and document investigations, ensure legal compliance, maintain confidential records, and present findings to leadership. A Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years' experience in HR or employee relations are required; travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR, Employee Relations, Colleague Relations, Investigations or related experience.
• Proven investigations experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (including plane travel).
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; or equivalent years of work experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and document unbiased investigations into employee complaints and allegations.
• Ensure investigations comply with federal, state and local laws and company policies.
• Maintain confidential records of investigations and employee relations matters.
• Interpret and apply policies to ensure fair handling of employee relations matters; advise managers and employees.
• Prepare clear investigative reports and present findings to senior management.
• Assist with training on employee relations topics as needed.
