• 4–7 years of experience in HR, employee relations, or workplace investigations.
• Ability to handle complex investigations independently.
• Knowledge of employment laws across multiple states.
• Experience with case management systems and HRIS.
• Excellent documentation and report-writing skills.
• Strong communication and professional discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investigations into employee relations matters.
• Develop investigative strategies, determine scope, and prioritize caseload based on risk and complexity.
• Conduct interviews with employees, managers, and witnesses to gather and validate facts.
• Analyze documentation, evidence, and testimony to determine findings and recommend outcomes.
• Maintain detailed, audit-ready documentation within case management systems.
• Ensure investigations are completed within defined timelines and service expectations.
• Partner with HR and Legal to align on approach, risk exposure, and recommended actions.
• Communicate findings and updates to stakeholders in a clear, professional manner.
• Identify trends and root causes across cases to inform broader HR and business decisions.
• Support development and refinement of policies, procedures, and compliance practices.
• Contribute to training initiatives related to employee relations and workplace compliance.
