Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Consultant in Colleague Relations within its HR Center of Excellence to guide colleagues on employment practices and policies. You will handle performance, attendance, and behavior inquiries with empathy and fairness, ensuring timely resolution and cross-functional support.

The role requires strong communication, conflict management, and investigation skills, with collaboration across Legal and HR teams to maintain records and ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and/or HR Generalist experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent years of work experience may substitute.
• Certifications: PHR/SPHR and/or CP/SCP (SHRM).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for leaders and colleagues via centralized phone system.
• Review inquiries from email, self-serve portal, and Ethics Line and direct for resolution.
• Document case details and assign to appropriate teams.
• Provide policy interpretation and apply CVS Health policies and the Code of Conduct.
• Consult with leaders regarding colleague discipline and performance.
• Coordinate with Legal partners to retain records on request.
