Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; equivalent experience may apply.
• 2+ years of experience in employee relations, HR, or similar roles.
• Experience managing complex investigations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle investigations and provide guidance to managers and HR partners.
• Interview employees and stakeholders to assess situations impartially.
• Maintain case documentation and collaborate with Legal, Internal Audit, Compliance, and HR Partners.
