Job summary

WarHorse Gaming, LLC is seeking an experienced Team Member Relations Specialist to join our HR team. The role focuses on employee relations, workplace investigations, and ensuring fair handling of concerns in line with policy and law.

You will partner with managers to resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct investigations, maintain confidential documentation, and support engagement initiatives and events to strengthen workplace culture across WarHorse Gaming properties.

Qualifications

• Must have 21+ years of age.
• Experience in employee relations and investigations is required.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR/Business.
• Experience with event planning preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct confidential workplace investigations in a timely, objective manner.
• Address employee relations concerns including conduct, policy violations, harassment, and discrimination.
• Partner with managers to resolve complex relations issues.
• Provide HR guidance on policies, performance, and workplace issues.
• Maintain confidential documentation related to investigations.
• Hold regular meetings with business units to identify concerns and provide HR support.
• Analyze trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support engagement initiatives and Team Member events.
