Job summary

Ocean Casino Resort is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to administer discipline policies and procedures and to support managers in handling performance and behavioral issues. The role includes investigations, documentation, and maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced casino environment.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least three years of HR or operations supervision experience with a focus on employee relations or dispute

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, psychology, counseling, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum three years' experience in HR or operations supervision, preferably with employee relations or dispute resolution.
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers progressive discipline policy and procedures.
• Reviews disciplinary actions and counsels managers on performance issues.
• Conducts investigations regarding complaints and concerns from team members or management.
• Maintains confidential records for investigations and grievances.
• Schedules and facilitates grievances; maintains detailed notes and files.
