MGM Resorts International is seeking an Employee Relations Ops Partner in Las Vegas to work with managers, employees, and HR to resolve workplace concerns and promote fair practices. You will lead full-cycle investigations, provide guidance, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and HR to improve policies.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in ER/HR, strong communication, confidentiality, and knowledge of employment law.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, hospitality, or related field.
• 2+ years in employee relations or HR role.
• Experience managing complex investigations is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; confidentiality is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Manage case work on ER issues, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
• Interview stakeholders to assess situations objectively.
• Collaborate with Legal, Internal Audit, Compliance, and HR Partners.
• Provide counsel to managers and address workplace conflicts.
• Maintain case files in Ethicspoint and ensure confidentiality.
