Austin Powder is seeking a Corporate Human Resources Generalist to support Commercial and Field Operations across North America. The role provides responsive HR support, interprets policies, triages employee issues, and drives continuous process improvement.

You will onboard new hires, assist with employee relations, ensure compliance with OSHA, EHS, DOL, and related regulations, and partner with leadership to address workforce challenges while protecting confidentiality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Understanding of OSHA, EHS, DOL, and workplace safety regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic employee advocate with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct onboarding support for North America-based employees, including coordinating with Regulatory Operations for driver onboarding and compliance.
• Serve as initial point of contact for routine HR questions; triage and escalate appropriately.
• Support employee relations, investigations, coaching, and guidance.
• Interpret and apply company policies consistently and fairly.
• Assist with compliance with employment laws, OSHA, EHS, DOL, and related regulations.
• Partner with Commercial and Field leadership on workforce challenges and talent initiatives.
• Initiate and implement process and procedural improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional handling of sensitive matters.
• Develop professional written communications, reports, and documentation.
• Respond quickly and effectively to business and employee needs.
