Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years HR Department experience, preferably within a casino.

Responsibilities

• File maintenance and creating new hire folders; maintaining current employee files (personal, confidential and I-9).
• Auditing I-9 documents for 100% compliance.
• Tracking union grievances and maintaining grievance files before meetings.
• Coordinating unemployment claim paperwork and liaising with TALX.
• Assisting with HR front counter duties, badging, and gaming registration.
