You will maintain accurate case files, support litigation readiness, and contribute to HR process improvements, trainings, and templates. Travel up to 20% is required; a Bachelor's degree and 4–7 years in HR/ER are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 4-7 years of HR and Employee Relations experience.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace investigations and manage employee relations cases.
• Advise managers on employee relations and policy interpretation.
• Prepare disciplinary documentation and support conflict resolution.
• Manage employee separations ensuring legal compliance.
• Maintain case files, reports, and HR records.
• Assist with litigation support and evidence gathering.
• Develop HR processes, templates, and training materials.
• Support compliance initiatives and process improvements.
• Travel up to 20%.
