Responsibilities

  • Conduct full-cycle workplace investigations including intake, scoping, witness interviews, and evidence collection with objectivity.
  • Interview complainants, respondents, witnesses and leaders to establish fact patterns and assess credibility.
  • Produce clear, defensible investigation documentation for leadership and legal review; maintain case records.
  • Interpret and apply employment laws, wage requirements, and workplace regulations across business units.
  • Develop investigatory standards, processes and training materials to improve case handling and experience.
  • Partner with HR, legal, payroll, and leaders to provide updates and risk-mitigating guidance.
  • Provide leadership with risk mitigation recommendations during workforce actions and organizational changes.
