Employee Workplace in Fountain Valley, CA is seeking a Bilingual Employee Relations Supervisor (Spanish) to lead investigations and guide HR teams across locations. You will handle complex inquiries, ensure policy compliance, and partner with legal counsel on employment matters.

You will mentor HR Business Partners, review disciplinary actions for consistency, and analyze HR metrics to support audits and programs while traveling up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, labor relations, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive HR and Employee Relations experience.
• Experience leading HR professionals or HR Business Partners.
• Strong background in workplace investigations and employee discipline.
• Experience supporting employment claims and litigation matters.
• Bilingual Spanish skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support employee relations investigations from intake through resolution.
• Coach HR Business Partners on investigations and policy interpretation.
• Review disciplinary actions and termination decisions for consistency and compliance.
• Partner with legal counsel on employment claims, litigation, subpoenas, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Conduct complex workplace investigations and prepare detailed case documentation.
• Analyze HR metrics, prepare reports, and support compliance audits.
• Maintain and update employee relations policies and programs.
• Provide guidance to managers on employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
