Advantage Technical in Fountain Valley, CA is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to manage employee benefits, leave programs, accommodations, and compliance with a strong service focus. The role supports benefit enrollment, eligibility reviews, and HR records accuracy.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s in HR (preferred) and 2–4 years in benefits administration or HR operations, plus bilingual Spanish. CEBS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in benefits administration or HR operations.
• Bilingual in Spanish (required).
• Experience administering FMLA, ADA, disability programs, and employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs and enrollment changes.
• Process new hire, status change, and termination benefit transactions.
• Coordinate FMLA, ADA, state leave, disability, and other protected leave programs.
• Track leave activity and return-to-work dates.
• Support ADA accommodations and interactive processes.
• Audit benefit enrollments, deductions, and HR records for accuracy.
• Assist with open enrollment, reporting, and compliance audits.
• Respond to employee inquiries with excellent service.
