Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to provide guidance on ER matters, resolve investigations, and ensure policy compliance across the organization and its affiliates. The role focuses on reducing risk while supporting productivity and retention.

Responsibilities include conducting investigations, reporting findings, and partnering with HR leadership on policy updates and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of employee relations experience preferably within a services or retail environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to partner with internal clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and advisory support on employee relations matters to minimize risk and improve productivity.
• Lead investigations and document outcomes with objective, policy-based recommendations.
• Collaborate with Talent Management and Legal on policy updates and employment litigation matters.
