Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona seeks a dedicated Employee Relations Advisor to guide and support ER matters for GCNA and affiliates. You will minimize risk, resolve complaints, and ensure timely investigations while partnering with HR leadership to align with policies and laws.

The role involves collaborating with Legal, reviewing policies, and traveling to company locations as needed. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of employee relations experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reduces risk and ensures compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Manages unemployment claims and represents the company during hearings.
• Reviews ER analytics and recommends interventions and training.
• Collaborates with ER Partners and Talent Management on policy updates.
• Partners with Legal on investigations and litigation matters.
• Conducts ER investigations and provides conclusions to HRBP and leadership.
• Maintains documentation and uses case management software for metrics.
