Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in the Phoenix area. This role focuses on advising leadership, managing employee relations, and aligning HR programs with business goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
• Four+ years of HR experience (Business Partner/Generalist) in services or retail.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills; partner with internal clients.
• Ability to understand labor market trends over time.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to drive cross-group communication.
• English proficiency (read/write) required.
• Analytical mindset; handle confidential data.
• Detail-oriented with organizational and project management skills.

Aufgaben

• Reduces risk and ensures compliance with FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC and related regulations.
• Manages unemployment claims and represents the company in appeal hearings.
• Consults with client groups on people solutions and collaborates with leadership on problem solving.
• Works with business leaders on organization design and restructuring for client groups.
• Administers exit interviews and assists with separation paperwork.
• Provides recruiting support in rural areas as needed.
• Investigates complex employee relations issues and conducts objective investigations.
• Serves as first point of contact for leadership and employees on HR queries.
• Participates in Talent Management and Development initiatives and analyzes trends.
