Job summary

Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is seeking an Employee Recognition Coordinator to oversee SCF's employee recognition program, coordinate initiatives and strengthen workplace culture across the organization and with community partners.

You will identify recognition opportunities, organize events, and track metrics to inform improvements, working with department leaders and external vendors to ensure consistent and aligned recognition efforts that support an exceptional employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Public Relations or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Alaska Native/American Indian preference in employment.
• Experience in HR coordination or related roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate SCF's employee recognition program.
• Identify recognition opportunities and organize recognition events.
• Track program metrics to evaluate impact and inform improvements.
• Collaborate with internal leaders and external vendors to ensure recognition efforts are consistent and aligned with SCF's mission.
