Job summary

Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is expanding our Talent Acquisition team and seeks a Recruiter to join us. You will manage the full recruitment process and partner with hiring managers to attract talented individuals passionate about serving our customer-owners.

You will serve as the primary liaison for managers and applicants, implementing strategies to attract qualified candidates while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and workforce planning alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Two years of professional recruiting experience; healthcare or complex organizational environments preferred.
• AIRS Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) or ability to obtain within three months of hire.
• Alaska Native/American Indian preference in employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and applicants and implement recruiting strategies.
• Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to ensure efficient, compliant and positive hiring experiences for candidates and managers.
