Job summary

First Quality is seeking an Employee Recognition Program Specialist to design and implement milestone recognition, engagement, and charitable giving initiatives. You will manage branded merchandise, vendor negotiations, budget oversight, and brand integrity across the organization.

This role partners with HR, Communications, and leadership to drive a culture of appreciation. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in rewards/recognition, strong vendor management, and hands-on experience with branded

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in rewards and recognition program management, employee engagement, or related HR/communications.
• Demonstrated experience building or significantly contributing to recognition programs from the ground up.
• Proven vendor management experience, including contract negotiation and pricing discussions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a technology platform to streamline recognition, tracking milestones, anniversaries, and recognition history.
• Partner with leaders to build recognition programs and events meaningful and aligned with culture.
• Collaborate with HR, Communications and leadership to ensure engagement messaging resonates across operations.
• Own the full lifecycle of branded merchandise, including vendor selection, inventory management, and purchase orders.
• Lead charitable giving strategy with large-scale donation requests and enterprise-wide partnerships.
• Coordinate employee fundraising campaigns and manage budgets and vendor relationships.
• Analyze program data to identify trends and develop reports and dashboards.
