You will design and execute recognition, milestones, and appreciation initiatives across the organization, shaping a culture that values every team member and aligns with our mission.

This role leads branded merchandise lifecycle, vendor contracts, budget oversight, and our charitable giving programs, partnering with HR, communications, and senior leaders to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in rewards and recognition or related HR/communications functions.
• Proven track record building recognition programs from the ground up.
• Vendor management including contract negotiation and pricing discussions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a technology platform to streamline recognition, milestones, and history.
• Lead branded merchandise lifecycle including vendor selection and inventory management.
• Oversee charitable giving strategy, large-scale donations, and employee fundraising campaigns.
• Collaborate with HR, Communications and senior leaders to standardize best practices across teams.
• Analyze program data to identify trends and produce dashboards to track impact.
• Benchmark programs to stay cost-efficient and competitive.
