First Quality seeks an Employee Recognition Program Specialist to design and implement comprehensive recognition initiatives that celebrate milestones and achievements across the organization.

You will lead branded merchandise programs, collaborate with HR and Communications, and oversee charitable giving campaigns to extend the same appreciation to communities served. Strong vendor management, data analysis, and program leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in rewards and recognition program management, employee engagement, or related HR/communications function.
• Demonstrated experience building or contributing to recognition programs from the ground up.
• Proven vendor management experience, including contract negotiation and pricing discussions.
• Experience managing branded merchandise programs and knowledge of swag ordering processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a technology platform to streamline recognition and track milestones and history.
• Partner with leaders to build recognition programs and events that are meaningful and inclusive.
• Collaborate with HR, Communications and leadership to standardize best practices across operations.
• Develop recognition policies and procedures with HR for consistency and flexibility.
• Own the lifecycle of branded merchandise, including vendor selection and inventory management.
• Build and negotiate vendor relationships to secure favorable pricing and terms.
• Provide creative direction on merchandise design and brand identity.
• Lead charitable giving strategy and coordinate large-scale donations and campaigns.
• Plan employee fundraising events, budgets, and vendor management.
• Analyze program data to identify trends and report on impact and ROI.
