Job summary

Central States Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an Employee-Owner Sales Manager to lead the inside sales team within the manufacturing division. You will drive strategic sales plans, ensure SOP adherence, and align activities with production capacity to meet targets.

You will coach Territory Sales Managers, optimize territories, and partner with operations to improve customer engagement and retention while upholding our ESOP culture and commitment to performance and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct the inside sales team and oversee performance.
• Staff, train, and evaluate team members.
• Assign key accounts and coach Territory Sales Managers.
• Develop sales plans and ensure SOP adherence.
• Coordinate with Operations and Logistics on capacity.
• Drive customer engagement and brand promotion.
