Job summary

Border States is a growing, employee-owned company offering technical product support from multiple locations in the Pacific Northwest. The role is based in Lacey, WA or Yakima, WA, or Hubbard, OR, with responsibilities including supporting branches, customers, and sales teams through technical guidance and product training.

You will interact with consultants and engineers, manage inquiries, and contribute to product updates and launches, while maintaining in-depth knowledge of the assigned

Qualifications

• 4-year technical or engineering degree or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of utility distribution and transmission systems preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Internet, Email and SAP software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical, specialized product support for branches and customers.
• Delivers responsive, quality service to meet/exceed customer expectations.
• Contributes to planning/sale of Border States' products and supports agency/distribution lines.
