Job summary

Border States is seeking a candidate to support the day-to-day operations of Account Managers and customers by providing essential product and technical support. This role involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to meet sales goals and providing specialized support for technical products.

An ideal candidate will have a technical or engineering degree along with experience in electrical distribution. The position comes with a variety of benefits including health, dental, and vision care, as well as participation in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Qualifications

• Minimum of a four-year technical or engineering degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical distribution systems and quotations.
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing product, application, and technical support to customers.
• Working closely with sales and marketing staff to meet sales objectives.
• Consulting with customers on product and system applications.
