Job summary

The Project Support Specialist at Border States provides foundational technical understanding and project coordination for complex customer projects. • Business or trade degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in customer service, quotation, or sales.
• Strong knowledge of electrical products and utility systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review BOMs, drawings, and specs for accuracy prior to handoff.
• Prepare quotations, coordinate vendor pricing, and document alternatives.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and submittal packages.
• Support budgets and assist with vendor meetings and escalation as needed.
