You will communicate with recruiters, supervision, and project teams to ensure timely deployment and compliant workforce readiness. The role requires high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and a strong network of craft professionals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license required.
• Established network of skilled craft professionals and workforce contacts to support recruiting and staffing objectives.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive personnel information professionally.
• Ability to ensure compliance with company policies, hiring requirements, and client workforce requirements.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, and administrative coordination capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Review workforce staffing needs for active projects and coordinate candidate pipelines.
• Screen applications, verify licenses, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate onboarding activities.
• Manage background checks, drug screenings, safety training, and site-specific compliance.
• Communicate staffing updates with recruiters, field supervision, project teams, and applicants.
• Maintain workforce records and onboarding data; track candidate progress and staffing requisitions.
• Coordinate employee placement and ensure readiness for deployment.
