Wyatt Field Service Company is seeking a Workforce Resource Manager to lead workforce planning, recruiting operations, and personnel coordination for industrial construction, turnaround, maintenance, and capital projects. The role partners with project management, site personnel teams, and recruiters to develop staffing strategies and optimize recruiting processes that support project execution.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree in a construction-related field or equivalent technical training and experience.
• Minimum five years of construction-related experience or equivalent education and training.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel; ability to learn workforce management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with project teams, recruiters, and field personnel.
• Strong organizational, planning, and record-management abilities.
• Ability to lead teams, delegate, set goals, and drive staffing objectives.
• Ability to analyze recruiting and workforce data to identify trends and improvements.
• Ability to handle confidential employee and applicant information.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project management, site teams, and recruiters to develop staffing strategies.
• Lead workforce planning and recruit operations for construction, turnaround, and maintenance projects.
• Oversee candidate pipelines, sourcing, and vendor relationships.
