Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the resident move-in/out lifecycle at a multi-family community. You will supervise staff, coordinate vendors, and ensure timely completion of service requests while delivering exceptional resident service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in property management or customer service, with strong communication, a can-do attitude, and a commitment to LMH quality standards and safety compliance across our nationwide portfolios.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in residential property management or customer service.
• Experience supervising staff is preferred.
• Experience with vendors and service orders is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Yardi/Payscan preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct inspections related to move in/out.
• Coordinate maintenance staff and vendor schedules to meet deadlines.
• Maintain make-ready boards and ensure timely completion.
• Provide residents with move-out charges and inspection results.
• Train and supervise staff on inspections and service tasks.
• Schedule and monitor water intrusion notices with residents.
• Follow up on customer service concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare reports and logs and perform admin tasks (Payscan, Yardi).
