Liberty Military Housing is seeking a proactive Service Coordinator to join our team at a multi-family community. You will manage move-ins/outs, schedule vendor services, and ensure timely response to resident requests with a focus on exceptional service.

You will work closely with maintenance staff, communicate clearly with residents and vendors, and help maintain LMH’s standards for quality and satisfaction. Weekend and flexible hours may be required to support operations.

Formación

• 1-2 years’ experience in residential property management or customer service role preferred.
• Prior work with vendors or ordering services (appliances, plumbing, electrical) preferred.
• Proficiency in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, email correspondence, math, Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and conduct home inspections as it relates to the move in/out process.
• Assist with the ordering and scheduling of vendor services.
• Maintain and monitor make-ready boards to ensure work is distributed and meets timelines.
• Work with the maintenance team to ensure requests are assigned and completed timely.
• Provide residents with any charges related to move out/final inspection results.
• Create purchase orders for vendor services and products.
