Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential property management or administrative/bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency with computers, internet, and email; MS Office (Word, Excel) and related software.
• Fair Housing certification required or to be obtained within 2 weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping for the community: paying bills, PO creation/receiving, P/O changes, AP/AR, delinquencies, invoicing.
• Assist District Manager with budget and achievement of financial/operational goals.
• Supervise and train office staff; promote resident relations and customer service excellence.
• Collect rents, send delinquency and balance-due notices; maintain accurate transaction records.
• Communicate with vendors/contractors regarding billing and invoices.
• Perform general office duties and data entry into Payscan, Yardi, and other systems.
