Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage move-in/move-out activities in a multi-family community. You will handle heavy resident interaction, schedule maintenance, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely resolution of service requests while upholding LMH’s commitment to exceptional resident service.

The role requires strong customer service skills, proficiency with Yardi/Payscan, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 1-2 years’ experience in residential property management or customer service role preferred.
• Prior work with vendors or ordering services (appliances, plumbing, electrical) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and conduct home inspections related to move in/out.
• Coordinate vendor services and monitor completion of work orders.
• Maintain make-ready boards and allocate tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate charges to residents after move-out inspections.
• Create purchase orders for vendor maintenance and products.
