Job summary

Southland Industries is hiring a talented MEP Project Manager for a Redmond, OR-based role. You’ll lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing project efforts, coordinating with a top-tier team to meet milestones while upholding safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a four-year engineering degree, 5–10 years of experience, and strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, with hands-on project management and subcontractor oversight.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, etc., and design engineering aspects.
• Proven ability to manage small teams.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors.
• Strong computer skills: CADD, ERP, Excel.
• Four-year engineering degree or applicable experience.
• 5-10 years’ experience.
• In-depth knowledge of systems design (HVAC, plumbing) and operations.

Responsibilities

• May manage a team or serve as a project lead.
• Generally manages smaller projects or a portion of a larger, complex project.
• Develops client relationships by providing project status updates to client and leadership.
• Manages budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for project.
• Participates in project meetings with internal departments.
• Partners with stakeholders to ensure scope and direction of project is on schedule.
