Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking an MEP Project Manager to lead a dynamic team on a Redmond, OR project focused on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. You’ll drive milestones, coordinate with internal departments, and maintain quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will build client relationships, manage budgets and change orders, and report progress to leadership while supporting a high-impact, mission-critical initiative.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in MEP project management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Experience managing subcontractors.
• Excellent negotiation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with CADD, ERP and Excel.
• Ability to lead small teams and manage project scope.

Responsibilities

Position Details
