Job summary

Multistudio is seeking a full-time Marketing Data Administrator to join the national marketing team and organize marketing, communications, and business development data across the firm. You will translate information from proposals, project teams, and materials into well-organized, searchable data within Deltek Vantagepoint.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, data coordination, CRM administration, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, business, information systems, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint and experience working with CRM or structured data systems.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to collect, review, organize, and reconcile information from multiple sources.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with data.
• Collaborative communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working across marketing, communications, business development, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, organize, and reconcile information from multiple sources.
• Create and update project and pursuit records; maintain client, contact, and relationship data.
• Research and fill gaps in existing data; ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Help establish standards for data collection and maintenance across the firm.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and IT teams to support data workflows.
• Maintain connections between Vantagepoint and related marketing platforms; assist with data audits and reporting.
