Job summary

RMF Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Knowledge Manager Specialist to maintain accurate data in Deltek Vantagepoint, serving as primary owner for project, client, employee, and business development data across the firm.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining accurate data in a corporate CRM/data system (Deltek Vantagepoint preferred).
• Ability to create and enforce standardized data entry procedures and naming conventions.
• Experience with data validation, audits, and reporting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain project, client, contact, employee, and pursuit information in Deltek Vantagepoint
• Review and update records to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Establish standardized naming conventions and data entry procedures
• Monitor databases for duplicates and outdated records and perform cleanup
• Process project setups, client updates, employee information, and organizational changes
• Perform regular audits to identify missing or incorrect information
• Research and resolve data discrepancies with department managers
• Maintain documentation of data management procedures and workflows
• Assist with data validation for proposals, project tracking, and business development
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements
• Serve as a resource for employees regarding database processes and data standards
• Assist users with locating, updating, and maintaining information in Deltek Vantagepoint
• Support data-related special projects and process improvements
• Assist in managing a searchable photo/graphic asset library
• Create website case studies with cohesive look and function
• Facilitate knowledge sharing across the firm
