Job summary

RMF Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Knowledge Manager Specialist to maintain accurate data in Deltek Vantagepoint and to own project, client, employee, and business development data across the firm.

You will establish naming conventions, run audits, and ensure consistency and completeness of records while supporting proposals and reporting for multiple offices.

The role emphasizes data quality, process improvement, and cross‑functional collaboration within a growing firm.

Qualifications

• Strong data management skills and attention to detail required.
• Experience with CMS and Vantagepoint preferred.
• Experience in engineering/professional services firms is a plus.
• Knowledge of data governance and CRM best practices.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain project, client, employee, and pursuit information in Deltek Vantagepoint.
• Review records for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Establish and maintain standardized naming conventions and data entry procedures.
• Monitor databases for duplicates/outdated records and perform cleanups.
• Assist with data validation for proposals, tracking and business development.
