We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Data Analyst to support marketing operations through data integrity, system oversight, and campaign execution enablement. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and seamless flow of marketing data across platforms, while serving as a key liaison between internal teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a proactive approach to maintaining data quality and operational efficiency. $90-96k
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and enforce data quality standards across marketing systems, including cleansing, deduplication, normalization, and ongoing auditing to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Oversee and optimize data integrations and transfers between platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation tools, data warehouses), ensuring timely and accurate data flow.
- Ensure all marketing data practices adhere to relevant regulations, privacy standards, and internal governance policies. Monitor and mitigate data-related risks.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve data and system-related issues across marketing technology stacks. Partner with IT and engineering teams as needed.
- Act as the primary liaison for third-party vendors and platforms, managing relationships, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring service level expectations are met.
- Support campaign deployment by validating audience data, tracking performance inputs, and ensuring accurate data capture for reporting and optimization.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in data management, ETL processes, and marketing technology ecosystems (e.g., CRM, MAPs, CDPs)
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of data governance, privacy regulations, and compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and work cross-functionally
- Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) and advanced segmentation strategies
- Background in campaign operations or marketing automation execution
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Education & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data operations, or a related field
- Experience working in large-scale or enterprise marketing environments
- Experience managing external vendors and platform partners
