Job summary

The Kendall Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist to monitor, install, and maintain computers, networks, and software. You will resolve issues, manage inventory, and support users across multiple locations.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of IT support experience, a relevant associate degree or certification, and strong communication skills. Travel and occasional after-hours work may be required at times.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in computer technology or related field, certification, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365 products, Active Directory, Windows based PCs and laptops.
• Ability to multi-task, work in fast-paced environments, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to travel and work occasional weekends or off hours.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and repair PCs and laptops.
• Provide maintenance and administration of computer networks and connected desktops/laptops.
• Respond to escalated helpdesk tickets requiring complex problem solving.
• Manage IT inventory and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by IT leadership.
