Job summary

Morrison-Maierle is actively seeking an Engineering Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for engineers, scientists, surveyors, and professionals across the Northwest. You'll partner with leaders to design sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience, all while promoting the ESOP culture within an employee-owned firm.

The role emphasizes collaboration with multiple disciplines and adherence to policies, with relocation assistance potentially available

Qualifications

• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Proven track record of placing key talent within the AEC industry.
• Understanding of recruitment methods to attract and place talent.
• Experienced with passive candidate searches.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting and talent acquisition strategies that support business growth.
• Source, engage, and attract top engineering and professional talent through active and passive recruiting methods.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including candidate screening, interview coordination, selection, and offer management.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through professional networks, universities, industry organizations, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and relationship-building.
• Promote Morrison-Maierle's employer brand and employee ownership culture across recruiting channels and communities.
• Collaborate with leaders to make informed hiring decisions that strengthen teams and support long-term organizational goals.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies and employment regulations.
