Morrison-Maierle is seeking an Engineering Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for engineers, scientists, surveyors, and construction professionals across our Northwest offices. This exempt role offers the opportunity to shape our regional workforce in a trusted, employee-owned firm with strong community impact.

You will partner with leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent, maintain pipelines, and deliver a superior candidate experience across multiple disciplines and locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• Proven track record of placing key talent in the AEC industry.
• Experience with passive candidate sourcing.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate with leaders to hire across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies that support business growth.
• Source, engage, and attract top engineering and professional talent.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviews, offers.
• Build talent pipelines through networks, universities, and industry groups.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication.
• Promote Morrison-Maierle's employer brand and ESOP culture.
• Collaborate with leaders to make informed hiring decisions.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies and regulations.
