Morrison-Maierle is a 100% employee-owned firm delivering engineering, planning, surveying, and science services across the Northwest. We are seeking an Engineering Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for civil, professional disciplines, and related fields in our Montana, Wyoming, Oregon, and Washington region.

The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring engineers, scientists, and professionals; building talent pipelines; and promoting our ESOP culture.

Formación

• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Proven track record of placing key talent within the AEC industry.
• Experience with passive candidate searches.
• Proficiency in ATS and other recruitment tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Exercises sound judgment to assess candidates' skills and fit for the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting and talent acquisition strategies that support business growth.
• Source, engage, and attract top engineering and professional talent through active and passive recruiting methods.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including candidate screening, interview coordination, selection, and offer management.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through professional networks, universities, industry organizations, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and relationship-building.
• Promote Morrison-Maierle's employer brand and employee ownership culture across recruiting channels and communities.
• Collaborate with leaders to make informed hiring decisions that strengthen teams and support long-term organizational goals.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies and employment regulations.
