Morrison-Maierle is seeking an Engineering Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for civil engineering and professional disciplines across the Northwest. This exempt role supports multiple offices in MT, OR, WA, and WY with a focus on building strong candidate pipelines and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

You’ll partner with leaders to recruit engineers, scientists, and professionals, while promoting our ESOP culture and employer brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Proven track record placing key talent within the AEC industry.
• Experience with passive candidate searches.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition across civil engineering and professional disciplines.
• Source, engage, and attract top engineering and professional talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.

• Ensure recruiting activities comply with policies and regulations.
