Job summary

The role focuses on creating practical controls designs for HVAC/ mechanical systems, with opportunities for technical growth, leadership, and ESOP-based ownership within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience designing building automation systems and HVAC controls.
• Ability to interpret and create control schematics and sequences of operation.
• Experience with BAS / HVAC controls systems preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and HVAC system operation.
• Experience producing electrical wiring diagrams and control documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design building automation and HVAC control solutions based on project requirements.
• Develop and review controls schematics, wiring diagrams and related design documentation.
• Create and interpret sequences of operation and control points.
• Work with engineering teams to deliver accurate and effective controls solutions.
• Support technical discussions and contribute to engineering processes.
