Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor experience required.
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus.
• Track record of high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to learn OEM processes.

Responsibilities

• Write repair orders for customer pay and warranty repairs.
• Obtain client approval before repairs.
• Explain services clearly for each vehicle.
• Estimate time and cost accurately.
• Advise on vehicle maintenance and care.
• Monitor progress and update clients daily.
• Greet customers and schedule service visits.
• Test drive vehicles when needed.
• Verify invoices and reconcile charges.
