Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience as an automotive sales manager.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealership objectives for new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and legal regulations.
• Achieve monthly unit volume goals and gross profit targets.
• Meet and exceed CSI standards.
• Participate in company training.
• Maintains teamwork in a customer-focused sales environment throughout the sales, delivery, and follow-up process.
