The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations of the dealership, ensuring the achievement of sales goals, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This leadership role focuses on driving profitability, managing the sales team, and aligning sales strategies with the dealership's overall objectives..

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience as an automotive sales manager, Honda experience a plus.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence, calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages
• Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly attitude
• Flexible schedule to cover store hours
• Must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements
