The Franklin Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our Sales (CSR) team from estimating through invoicing in a fast-paced building materials environment. You will coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely quotes and orders.

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

• Serve as direct point of contact for customers during estimating through invoicing
• Maintain accurate project records and update job statuses in management software
• Identify and address scheduling or product-related challenges promptly
• Communicate effectively with sales staff, customers, suppliers and subcontractors
• Prioritize tasks and manage workload to meet deadlines
• Support general office duties and process orders and quotes
