Franklin Building Supply is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to coordinate customer needs from estimating through invoicing. The role demands strong communication, meticulous record-keeping, and proactive problem-solving to ensure timely quotes and delivery.

You will work with the CSR team to maintain project documents, manage vendor relationships, and deliver exceptional service to professional home builders. A positive attitude and reliability are essential.

• Customer Support: be the direct point of contact for customers and meet needs promptly.

• Proactively identify and resolve scheduling or product-related challenges for a smooth customer experience.
• Communicate with sales, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding orders and quotes.
• Input quotes, manage lead times, and relay supplier delays to customers and sales staff.
